Delivery estimates are from the day of dispatch.                            - Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.                                                                                             -- For delivery to England, Wales, and part of Scotland,  we offer a flat rate per 12 kg parcel.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         How long will my order take to arrive?                                                                                                                                  - Order normally take 2-3 working days after payment has cleared                                                                                 For example:                                                                                                                                                                           All orders placed and paid on Mon - Tuesday before 10 pm, are estimated to be delivered on Wednesday to Friday (frozen veggie products can last up to 48 hours in an insulated bag).                                                                               All orders placed and paid between Wednesday and Sunday, are estimated to be delivered on Tuesday (the following week)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Delivery Fees for orders between £30+ : 1-3 Working Days – £6.99 (Next Working Day service) + £2.99 Frozen package). We pack fn items using the cooler bag and ice pack system. The frozen items might be slightly defrosted on the surface, but will still be in their best condition for refreezing or immediate consumption. Once your parcel has been received, please place these items in the freezer straight away.                                                                                        ​Receiving the Parcels                                                                                                                                                            You must ensure that you are at the address on the day of delivery to sign for the parcels. Any frozen items that are damaged because of a failed delivery attempt are non-refundable                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             ​UK Mainland Shipping                                                                                                                                         

Following our courier’s shipping guidelines, product shipping weight is based on the volumetric or actual weight; whichever is the greater value. Once we have received your order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 2 working days.

For parcel shipping to the UK, we offer a flat rate per 12kg parcel, including packaging and VAT. Delivery estimates are from the day of dispatch.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   ​Complaints​                                                                                                                                                                              Any complaints about the frozen items must be reported to us within 2-3 hours after you receive the parcels. Veggie Heart holds the right to make the final decisions for any complaints afterward.
