[TUNG KEE ]Veg. Veg. Tom Yam Paste [陳記]素東炎醬 380g

Vegan 純素

 

Ingredients: Palm Oil, Chilli, Lemon Glass, Kantan Flake, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Lime Juice, Salt, & Sugar.

 

成分:植物油,辣椒,薑花(叻沙花),南薑,楓柑葉,酸柑汁,鹽,糖。

Prepare: Vege Meat Ball, Vege Shrimp, Deep Fried Bean Curd Sheet, Enoki Mushroom, Abalone Mushroom, Tofu, Noodle/ Rice Vermicelli.

 

備用:素肉丸,素小蝦,炸腐竹,金針菇,鮑魚菇,豆腐,金丹麵或米粉。

Cooking Method (Serves 3):
Pour three bowls of water (± 850 ml) into a pot. Add 3½ tablespoons (± 90 g) of vegetarian Tom Yum paste and mix well. The amount of paste can be adjusted according to personal taste.
Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes until the aroma of the vegetarian Tom Yum soup is released.
Place konjac noodles or rice vermicelli into bowls, pour the vegetarian Tom Yum soup over them, add the prepared toppings, and serve immediately.

烹饪法(供3人分):

    • 将三碗清水(± 850ml)放入锅内,同时放入三汤匙半(± 90g)素东炎酱拌匀。*酱料的使用分量可随个人口味增加或减少。
    • 慢火煮约30分钟待至素东炎汤香味溢出。
    • 将金丹面/米粉放入碗内,倒上素东炎汤,加上配料,即可食用。

Other usage:

As spicy and sour hotpot soup, steaming, or cooking other dishes.

By adding a little vegetable oil, it can also be used for stir‑frying noodles, rice vermicelli, and rice.

其他用途:
酸辣火锅汤,蒸,煮其他佳肴。加入少许植物油可用以干炒面,米粉及饭
